He has extensive experience in international maternal, newborn and child health research and programs. He is also a developer of mobile health (mHealth) applications for parents and frontline health workers to assess health and cognitive development in children, and is a co-founder of the Open Smart Register Platform (OpenSRP) digital health system deployed in many countries. His vision emphasizes development of scientists in low and middle-income countries, and creation of institutions, implementation tools and processes to enhance both research and high fidelity rapid scale-up of programs. He is currently leading multiple projects in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

Dr. Solomon has completed his Masters in neurological physiotherapy and his PhD from MAHE, Manipal. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy at the, MCHP, MAHE. His research focus is on strategies to improve motor recovery after neurological dysfunctions especially stroke. He is a member of various international working groups and an investigator in various research projects including three international research projects.
She is working as Consultant developmental pediatrician at Centre for child development and disabilities (CCDD), Aster Neukids & Motherhood child developmental centre, Bangalore. She has experience in early diagnosis of children in Autism spectrum & has good knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is trained in Play therapy (National Association for play therapy India) . She has been conducting parental training workshops & research analysis on Parent based early intervention for Autism (EDITT- SCoPE program) and has done many paper presentations in international & national conferences.

She provides international tele rehabilitation after hours to subacute spinal rehabilitation centre in rural India. Sumitha’s involvement in the Orange community includes collaborating with Red Cross in initiating the successful winter blood donation program “Red Love in Orange”. In her spare time, she leads a small cultural group called the “Orange Australasian Cultural Group” to educate local children on ancient Indian subcontinent’s heritage and culture and she choreographs Indian tradition and folk dances to the locals.
N. Udayakumar has finished his MBBS, M.D (Pediatrics) from prestigious Madras Medical college and also did DCH, DNB (Pediatrics), PGD-DN. He is currently working as Head, Karthikeyan Child Development Unit, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at SRIHER, Chennai. His research interest includes high risk babies follow up and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
S. Sankara Raman, a Chartered Accountant and a wheel chair user, affected by muscular dystrophy joined ASSA in 1992. He is the Secretary of ASSA.
Together they have built a Valley for the differently abled in a 30 acre land at Ayikudy, as a Rehabilitation and Development Centre and developing models for self-help initiatives by integrating the disabled individuals with the society for improved living conditions.

Worked in Reserve Bank of India for 39 years. Then he was also the in charge of Administration of Madras school of Economics. He had varied experience in Human recourses and led the Associations in Reserve Bank of India.
